Job description: Education Agent Counsellor
Tasks & responsibilities
- Providing face to face and phone consultation to international students on course/study options based on their visa and career plan
- Following up with prospective leads/applicants on a timely manner to ensure conversion
- Keeping up to date with all changes related to study and student visa for Australia
- Keeping records of all prospective leads, applicants and students in the company’s CRM system on a daily basis
Qualifications & experience
- QEAC Certified (preferred but not essential)
- A minimum of Bachelor degree completed in Australia
- Good knowledge of minimum entry requirements and courses offered by different universities and colleges across Australia.
- Experience within Education or Migration services dealing with International students looking to study VET & Higher Education courses
Work Eligibility:
- Permitted to work permanently with no restriction on hours

Part-time hours: 38 per week
